The story I have been reading since Monday is called Guyaholic. It is by Carolyn Mackler. It is a very strange book. It has many swear words and... some sexual stuff... But overall it is a really good book. I have been reading it every night because it's just that good. But not as good as The Hunger Games :). It's about this girl who's mother has new boyfriends all the time and she has to move around a lot. So her mother ships her off to her grandparents house in New York for senior year; and, well, who knows how long she'll be there. Her mother is very unreliable. She meets this guy, falls in love, and ruins the relationship because she cheated on him with her ex. She then goes on a road trip to Texas to see her mom who she hasn't seen in over a 18 months. I haven't read far enough to know if she reaches her mom, but I have a feeling she does.
This book is very entertaining. I would suggest this book if you like realistic fiction. But I know my parents would not have let me read this book when I was younger.

Catching Fire
Catching Fire is the second book in The Hunger Games series. It is amazing. Well, all of them are. It is the 75th Hunger Games, and every 25 years is this thing called the Quarter Quell. It is when the rules change for the Hunger Games. This year, (I'm not going to say because I don't want to spoil it) but something happens and Katniss and Peeta are sent back into the arena. They then have to face off people just like they had to the first time. I can't say anything else, because it will spoil the whole book. Sorry :(
This series is my favorite series I've ever read. These books are just crazy amazing. Suzanne Collins is an awesome author. There is so much action it took me around 3 days to read this book. It is just so amazing with all the suspense and turn of events. So many unexpected things happen I was shocked by some of them. The plot of this book I would have never expected to happen after reading the first book. But it does make complete sense. This book is not hard to read, there were only round 3 words I didn't know. I would read the first one, then this one, then the third one, because they're just that amazing.

The Hunger Games
I am reading the Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. I started reading this book on Monday and I am already on page 250. It is so good that I cannot put it down when I start reading it!! It's about this girl who is entered into the Hunger Games. Those are when 24 people ages 12-18 are put into an arena and are forced to kill each other until there is one person remaining. There are two "tributes" from each district. There are 12 districts and they make up the country. Its kind of a sick idea (kids killing each other) but its because they want to live and it's a really good idea for a book. The main character is good at hunting and knife throwing and she can take care of herself well. She pairs up with a 12 years old who reminds her of her younger sister. They make a good team.
I like this book because it is just soooo amazing!! I love all the suspense, all the action. There is a lot of action in this book. I just love it so much!!

Perfect
Perfect is the third Pretty Little Liars book. Some people think why don't I just watch the show? It's the same as in the books right? Well, no. The books are much different. In the second book, Toby committed suicide. It the show, he is Spencer's boyfriend. The books are actually way better than the show. Even though the show is amazing. All of the books have a lot of detail, and they are much more involved in certain topics than everybody's issues. The book talks about the girls stalker named A, and in this book, the schemes that A plans to do to the girls is much more involved. A makes them do some crazy stuff.
I like these books a lot. They are probably my favorite books that I've read in a long time. The are diabolical, the things A makes the girls do. A is so mischievous. These books are exciting, and keep you up at night wanting to finish the chapter (or book). I highly recommend reading the books before you watch the shows.

Boy Tales of Childhood
Boy Tales of Childhood is a super funny biography of the life of Roald Dahl growing up. It talks mostly about the adventures that he has and what he does. Things like almost getting his nose cut off in an accident, having the headmistress at his school shove soap down a boys throat for snoring, having gotten his adenoids out without any medicine, and many more hilarious stories. But there are also more serious stories like him traveling to places and him moving and transferring schools.
I like this book mostly because it is just extremely funny. Also because Roald Dahl gets all (well most) of his ideas from experiences that happened in his life. This is so cool to me because that means that Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was based off the idea of him being a candy tester/taster for Cadbury's. Which did actually happen when he was younger. All these things that happened to him, amazing stories, are all written in this wonderful book.
